TOUCHES OF HALLOWEEN

For Halloween I’ve never really gone all out in our home; we don’t have parties and well buying all the things for a holiday that I don’t usually decorate for til October 1st is hard to justify. This year though I wanted to update what we had since a lot of my old banners and lights were starting to show their age. I wanted it fun for the kids and also still on the cheaper side of Halloween decorations I did “splurge” on two items though and that was this beautiful witches feet art from HolliHocks I’ve always loved her work and when I saw her creating this I knew I had to get it I love the Sanderson Sisters and I think it inspired her work. Also the Mr. Moon from Our Found Home I saw him on Liz Marie Galvan’s instagram and feel in love with him, the moon has always held a special meaning to me and I knew I could use him in my sons room after.

For our diningroom I really went all out and loved making this ode to Halloween in our home, when Kayden saw it after school he LOVED it and flipped over the ‘floating’ witches hats. I hope you enjoy our Halloween decorations and how we incorporated this fun holiday in our home!
